History

In 1997, our founder, Jacob Thomsen, developed a neural network solution to help EuroCard/Mastercard detect credit card fraud.

Since then, Zecure has continued to provide reliable, scalable, and feature-rich solutions enabling merchants and service providers to prevent fraud while increasing revenue and improving profitability of their e-commerce activity.

Our third generation payment platform PAY, launched in August 2007.

Our patent pending cardholder fraud prevention solution Merchant SAFE, launched in October 2007.

Acquirer SAFE, a patent pending system for eliminating merchant account fraud, received the prestigious ECR/EPCA Award for "Most Innovative Payment Processing Solution" in April 2008, and two "Global Excellence" awards in 2009.

In September 2008 we launched our combined payment processing and fraud prevention platform for PSPs: Zecure SUITE.
